Editorial Content

After managing literary journals in my MFA program at Naropa University, I founded my own online publication about indie music and culture as a fun side project when I was working in marketing and advertising in Chicago. I called it Houseshow, inspired by the experiences I was having seeing some truly excellent rock bands play in living rooms and dive bars around the city. I interviewed and wrote about many of my favorite ones which were curated to be part of the magazine, and published pieces by other up-and-coming writers and photographers.

You can still find the full magazine on Medium. I shuttered it at the end of 2020, but I look forward to sharing new writing soon!
